After 47 years in the restaurant business with an incredible amount of customers raving to make his products available to the world, Anthony decided that it was absolutely a MUST to start selling the infamous salsa. Anthony attended Texas A&M University to get his certificates in Food Microbiology and after numerous experimenting sessions, perfected the craft to its core.
